Every claim a working agent makes traces back to Grace, not to model memory. If she does not hold the evidence, the agent does not get to say it.
The ethics agent cross-checks against her
Every claim, and the product in question, is tested against the evidence Grace holds before it is allowed anywhere near a deliverable.
The audit gate verifies against her
At the end of an engagement the whole output is checked back against Grace, so nothing has drifted between the brief and the deliverable.

Locked on purpose
Grace is locked. The agents read from her; they never write to her. She is updated only by people, never by an agent acting on its own.
That is the integrity guarantee. It is what stops an agent stack quietly teaching itself something convenient, and it is what keeps our ethics and the end user first. The centre holds because nothing inside the stack can move it.
